RETURNS
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our shop.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Returns can be made in person or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-person or online, and the credit does not expire.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
All Charm bar items cannot be returned and are final sale.
All AFTERPAY orders CANNOT be returned for a store credit. AFTERPAY orders are final sale.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed and applied to an Imperative gift card.
The IMPERATIVE gift card is sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
Gift returns, an IMPERATIVE gift card is sent to the gift recipient.
SHIPPING FEES
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are NOT refundable.
