RETURNS
May be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a store credit.
Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your Store credit.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order will not be applied to your store credit.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Sale cannot be returned.
All Charm bar items cannot be returned and are final sale.
All AFTERPAY orders CANNOT be returned for a store credit. AFTERPAY orders are final sale.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed and applied to an Imperative gift card.
The IMPERATIVE gift card is sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
Gift returns, an IMPERATIVE gift card is sent to the gift recipient.
SHIPPING FEES
