3. **Mobile Boutique Arrival:** On the chosen date and time, our mobile boutique will arrive at your doorstep, fully stocked with the latest fashion arrivals. Our team will set up a beautifully designed shopping area. Team will arrive one hour prior to event time for set up.

Deposit and Refund Policy:

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your desired date and time slot for our mobile boutique visit.

This deposit ensures our commitment to preparing a personalized selection of items and arranging the logistics for your event.

Rescheduling:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your "Boutique to Your Door" appointment, you may do so without penalty as long as the changes are made at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the original booking date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your needs.

Additional Add-On Fees:

Any add-on services or fees you've chosen, are fully refundable if you decide to cancel them, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event date.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

In the event you GHOST us on the scheduled date, the non-refundable deposit will also be forfeited as well as additional fees

Refund Process:

Refunds for any additional add-on fees will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

How to Request Cancellations or Reschedule:
